1. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods (such as templates and files), all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy exists because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or revoked. That said, we understand that issues can happen. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
You’re experiencing a technical issue that we’re unable to resolve.
The product is materially different from its description or preview
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
